Mitzy is a sweet senior gal who needs a new home for her golden years. Her owner was no longer able to care for her after moving into assisted living. Mitzy is scared and confused. She is the sweetest girl ever. Mitzy happily accepts attention and reassurance from the shelter volunteers. It is obvious that Mitzy was loved and well cared for in her previous home. We are always concerned about new senior arrivals as they can become depressed and shut down. Mitzy is 14 years old, healthy, spayed, vaccinated, negative for FeLV/FIV, litter trained and microchipped. She recently had bloodwork done and her levels were good - no concerns. ***She does feel better when a volunteer sits with her while she eats
